The Restaurant – A Lavish Affair
The spacious restaurant on the Promenade Deck of the River Cloud invites you in. The charming ambiance and wonderful views through large windows will enthrall you. In the mornings you’ll catch the first scent of freshly baked breads. Afternoons you may have lunch here – or on the Sun Deck, and evenings you’ll enjoy an exquisite dinner at the restaurant’s beautifully decorated tables.
The
Lounge – Refined Comfort
It is only a few steps from
the foyer on the Promenade Deck to the Lounge at the bow of the
River Cloud. Enjoy unforgettable views of the passing river scenery
and towns from the comfortable seating area in the Lounge. Afternoons
there is coffee and tea. And later you might hear an informative
presentation or listen to entertainment, depending on your trip’s
schedule.
The most popular meeting spot in
the Lounge is the stylish bar,
especially in the evenings.
Here you can let the day come
to an enjoyable and relaxing end.
The pianist’s lovely music will
surely attract your attention to
the shiny black grand piano.

Boutique
and Library
Feel completely at ease on the River
Cloud. That’s why we have seen to it that you won’t
have to do without. On the Promenade Deck there is a hair salon
and a small boutique. Next door is the library, where you may
find a video, quietly read or write, page through a newspaper
or send e-mails.
Salon and Fitness Area
You’d like to keep fit while on
vacation? The River Cloud is the right place. Toward the rear
of the ship you’ll find a great sauna and fitness area,
where you
can work up a sweat on one of the machines. And
you can be sure – boredom does not exist on the River Cloud.
The Sun
Deck – 10,700 Sq. Feet of Teak
Spaciousness and comfort
are part of the River Cloud concept. The huge Sun Deck is
proof. It covers almost the entire length and width of the ship – interrupted only by the “open bridge”, the Lido Bar, where we’ll gladly bring you a drink under the umbrella, the putting green for a round of golf, or the large chess board that attracts players as well as onlookers.
Classic deck chairs with comfortable cushions, seating areas and
benches invite you to sunbathe, read or just talk to friends on
the Sun Deck. The crew is here to serve you coffee or a cold drink,
and if the weather is right, you’ll be served your lunch
or an evening barbeque on the River Cloud’s Sun Deck.
