                  | Ship - Boheme | Ask about our Travel Insurance  |  Detailed Itinerary:  DAY 1: STRASBOURG (EMBARKATION) Passengers are welcome to board our ship at 6:00 p.m. After comfortably   settling into your cabins, we'll introduce our crew at a welcome   cocktail. As we enjoy dinner, our ship will depart for Basel. Relax with   an evening of entertainment on board as our ship cruises through the   night. DAY 2: BASELWe'll spend the morning cruising the Grand Canal of Alsace until we reach Basel right before lunch.Hikers' Program: A hike in the foothills of Blauenberg   or along the French-Swiss border. You will love the magnificent walking   paths and the wooded and rolling hills which offer some really great   views. (Duration approx. 2/3 hours, from about 120 to about 200 metres   altitude difference, 8.5-10 km or 5¿-6¿ miles.) Non-hikers' Program: Join us for an excursion to the   Rhine Falls, one of the most spectacular sites to visit in Switzerland.   You'll also discover the Laufen Castle, and its impressive view   overlooking the rumbling falls. Tonight's dinner will be followed by an evening of dancing on board. During the night, our ship will leave for Breisach.DAY 3: BRATISLAVAHikers' Program: Hike through the Kaiserstuhl hills   (full day - picnic included). Two beautiful hikes along the   once-volcanic Kaiserstuhl hills reveal the natural wonders within a   protected area. You'll also experience some of the best views of the   surrounding vineyards and the Rhine. (Length: Approx.7h, including 4.5   hours of hiking and 885-foot altitude difference, 8.6 miles) Non-hikers' Program: Take advantage of some free time   to explore Breisach, a former Celtic and Roman settlement that is now a   lovely German city along the Rhine. In the afternoon, we'll visit Colmar   and the Unterlinden Museum. Enjoy an evening of entertainment on board. DAY 4: BREISACH - RHINAURelax on board or join in on a few of our planned activities as we spend the morning cruising to Rhinau.Hikers' Program: Hike to the Château de Bernstein and   Ortenbourg Castle. Great hike across the Vosges Mountains, leaving from   the old city of Dambach-La-Ville and its magnificent St. Sebastien   Chapel. After climbing through the forest and following the summit,   we'll arrive first at the Château de Bernstein followed by Ortenbourg   Castle two medieval architectural masterpieces. (Length: Approx. 3   hours, 1082-foot altitude difference, 6.2 miles) Non-hikers' Program: Join us for an excursion along the   Wine Route in Alsace. You'll discover the region's wines and its seven   grape varieties while traveling through picturesque villages with   half-timbered houses, enchanting fountains and, of course, wine presses.   We'll stop at a local cellar for wine tasting*. Enjoy an evening of entertainment on board.DAY 5: STRASBOURGHikers' Program: Urban hike through Strasbourg. During   this hike, you'll be able to admire the historic city of Strasbourg and   all its architectural treasures. We'll hike along part of Strasbourg's   Ceinture Verte (greenway), a former defense system for the city that has   been transformed into natural spaces that travel along the waterways.   (Length: Approx. 4 hours, 0-foot altitude difference, 4.9 miles) Non-hikers' Program: Tour on foot of the Petite France   neighborhood and a visit to the Strasbourg Cathedral. Listed as a UNESCO   World Heritage Site, Petite France is undoubtedly the most beautiful   section of Old Strasbourg. The neighborhood contains marvelous examples   of half-timbered houses built at the water level. We'll then visit the   Strasbourg Cathedral, widely considered to be among the finest examples   of high-Gothic architecture. For everyone: We'll spend the afternoon traveling along the picturesque villages routes in northern Alsace. We'll   visit Seebach, one of the most picturesque villages in France. This   typical Alsatian village has retained much of its traditional   architecture. We'll then continue on to Cleebourg, where we'll visit a   local wine cellar and taste* the unique wines of the region together. Afterwards, we'll return on board. Tonight will be our gala dinner and evening.DAY 6: STRASBOURG (DISEMBARKATION)Enjoy one last buffet breakfast on board before disembarking at 9:00 a.m. End of our services.
