Day 1: Amsterdam (Embarkation Day)

Passengers are welcome to board the ship at the end of the afternoon. Presentation of the crew and welcome cocktail.

DAY 2: AMSTERDAM

This morning, excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: Guided tour of Amsterdam.
DISCOVERY (additional fee): Amsterdam by bike.

Afternoon excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: Excursion to the Keukenhof Gardens (open from mid-March to mid-May) or excursion to Haarlem in the other months.
DISCOVERY (additional fee): Guided bike tour of Haarlem and the sand dunes along the Flower Route. Enjoy and evening of dancing after dinner.

DAY 3: WESEL - DUSSELDORF

Our ship will cruise to Emmerich-am-Rhein. Excursion common to both classic and discovery excursions packages: Guided tour of the open-air museum in Arnhem. We'll return on board in Wesel. Afternoon spent cruising to Dusseldorf. Enjoy an evening of onboard entertainment.

DAY 4: DUSSELDORF - COLOGNE - KONIGSWINTER - KOBLENZ

We'll cruise to Cologne. Excursion common for both classic and discovery excursions packages: Guided tour on foot of the city. Our cruise will then continue along the Rhine to Koblenz. In the evening, free time to stroll through town to see the famous Deutsches Eck.

DAY 5: KOBLENZ - MAINZ - WORMS

We'll cruise to Mainz. Throughout this part of the cruise, you will see numerous castles nestled among the famous vineyards, as well as the legendary Lorelei rock. Our ship will arrive in Mainz in the afternoon. Excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: guided tour of Mainz and the Gutenberg Museum (museum is closed on Mondays).
DISCOVERY (additional fee): Touring the Rhineland vineyards. Enjoy an evening of dancing after dinner. Our ship will cruise overnight to Strasbourg.

DAY 6: STRASBOURG - BREISACH

We'll arrive in Strasbourg in the morning. Excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: Guided tour of the European capital.
DISCOVERY (additional fee): Bird's eye view of Strasbourg from the top of the cathedral.

In the afternoon, we'll cruise to Breisach through the magnificent wine-producing region. Tonight is our gala evening.

DAY 7: BREISACH - BASEL

Enjoy some free time in the morning in Breisach, a former Celtic and Roman settlement that is now a lovely German city along the Rhine. Afternoon excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: Visit Colmar and the Unterlinden Museum.
DISCOVERY (additional fee): Bike tour of the Kaiserstuhl, a range of hills perfect for cycling amateurs. We'll cross exceptional landscapes, the orchards in Achkarren, the small village of Burkheim and the Rheinwald forest.

We'll then cruise to Basel. Enjoy an evening of onboard entertainment.

DAY 8: BASEL - SCHAFFHAUSEN - LAKE CONSTANCE - MAINAU - BASEL

Excursion for both classic and discovery excursions packages: Guided tour of Basel.

Afternoon excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: Excursion to the Rhine Falls, among the most spectacular sites to visit in Switzerland.
DISCOVERY (additional fee): Hike around the Rhine Falls. Enjoy dinner and an evening of dancing on board.

DAY 9: BASEL (Disembarkation Day)

Enjoy breakfast on board before disembarking.

Day 1: Basel (Embarkation Day)

Passengers are welcome to board our ship at 6:00 p.m. in Basel. After comfortably settling into your cabins, we’ll introduce our crew at a welcome cocktail. We’ll remain in port overnight. 

DAY 2: BASEL - SCHAFFHAUSEN - BASEL

Excursion common for both classic and discovery excursions packages: guided visit of Basel.

In the afternoon, excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: excursion to the Rhine Falls, among the most spectacular sites to visit in Switzerland.
DISCOVERY (additional fee): Hike around the Rhine Falls. Dancing evening on board.

DAY 3: BREISACH

Free morning in Breisach, European city located in the Rhine bank and dominated by its Saint Etienne collegial.

In the afternoon, excursions proposed:

CLASSIC: visit of Colmar and the Unterlinden Museum.

Morning spent cruising. Arrival in Strasbourg in the afternooon. Excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: guided tour of the European capital.
DISCOVERY (additional fee): Bird’s eye view of Strasbourg from the top of the cathedral

In the afternoon, cruise to Breisach through the magnificent wine-producing region. Gala evening.

DAY 5: MAINZ - KOBLENZ

Excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: guided tour of the city and a visit the Gutenberg Museum (museum is closed on Mondays).
DISCOVERY (additional fee) : touring Rhineland vineyards. Dancing evening. Sailing during the night to Strasbourg.

Return on board and cruise toward Koblenz. We’ll pass the legendary Lorelei rock. Arrival in Koblenz during the evening. Set off on your own or join our assistant for a tour of the city. Overnight stop.

DAY 6: KOBLENZ - COLOGNE - DUSSELDORF

Cruise to Cologne. In the afternoon, a guided tour on foot of Cologne. You have some free time on your own before we return by coach to Dusseldorf return on board. Gala evening. Overnight stop.

DAY 7: DUSSELDORF - XANTEN - NIMEGEN - AMSTERDAM

The morning will be spent cruising to Xanten. Join us for a visit to the open-air museum in Arnhem. We'll return on board in Nimegen, and cruise to Amsterdam in the afternoon. Enjoy an evening of onboard entertainment. We'll remain in port overnight.

DAY 8: AMSTERDAM

In the morning. Excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: guided visit of Amsterdam.
DISCOVERY (additional fee): Amsterdam by bike.

In the afternoon, excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: excursion to the Keukenhof gardens (Keukenhof is open from mid-March to mid-May. In other months, excursion to Haarlem is proposed).
DISCOVERY (additional fee): guided bike tour of Haarlem and the sand dunes along the flower route.Overnight stop.

DAY 9: AMSTERDAM (Disembarkation Day)

Enjoy one last breakfast on board before disembarking at 9:00 a.m.

  • A valid passport is required for travel. Passports must be valid at least 6 months after the last day of travel.
  • Please check visa requirements with your local consulate(s); responsibility for obtaining visas rests with the traveler.
  • For reasons of navigation and passenger safety, the cruise operator and the Captain of the ship reserve the right to modify the itinerary of the cruise.
  • Until further notice, it is only possible to select one of the 2 excursions packages on offer. You will thus only be able to book the Classic Package (included in the cruise price), OR the Dynamic Package (requires an additional fee) . Please advise at the time of booking the excursion package you wish to choose.
