Detailed Itinerary:

DAY 1: STRASBOURG (Embarkation Day) - RHINAU

Boarding in the afternoon in Strasbourg (gare fluviale). Welcome cocktail and presentation of the crew and team of chefs of our boat directed by Alain Bohn. Departure of the cruise to Rhinau. We’ll leave Strasbourg through the southern lock, sail up the Rhine River towards Basel and go through two large locks in Neuhof and Gerstheim. And now, let the party begin! Take your seat for an unforgettable first dinner prepared by our nine chefs!

Fois gras with truffles on a bed of Sauterne wine jelly
Crab tiramisu
Russian quail purse in a périgourdine sauce
Selection of cheeses with Espelette jelly (Bouton de Culotte, Sainte-Maure de Touraine, goat cheese with spices)
Tanzanian amber with caramel and roasted peanuts

Evening of entertainment and dancing. Overnight. 

DAY 2: RHINAU - BREISACH

Full board on board. Departure of the cruise to Breisach. Excursion: the famous Wine Route, with a visit to a wine cellar where you will be able to taste excellent vintages. Return on board. Presentation of one of the greatest stars of French cuisine: Marc Haeberlin of the Auberge de l'Ill in Illhaeusern. A master of fine eating, he will prepare tonight’s dinner especially for you. After this wonderful dinner, we invite you to round off the evening on the dance floor. Overnight.

DAY 3: BREISACH - STRASBOURG

Full board on board. Since good food should always be accompanied by good wines, this morning we’ll welcome a connoisseur known throughout the world of wine: Serge Dubs, named the World’s Best Sommelier in 1989. He will provide his in-depth explanations while you taste a variety of wines. In the afternoon, discovery of Breisach with our accompanist. Sailing to Strasbourg. Gala dinner and dancing evening.

Sautéed duck liver in a plum and Ottrott red wine sauce
Crawfish lasagna, creamy lobster soup with Parmesan crumble
Lamb tournedos with flageolet bean stuffing in an herbal pastry, artichoke parmentière, Ras el hanout sauce.
Saint-Marcellin refined with truffles
Mango with fresh cheese; jasmine fondant cake with ivory sauce

Arrival in Strasbourg in the evening. 

DAY 4: STRASBOURG (Disembarkation Day)

Buffet breakfast on board and disembark in Strasbourg (gare fluviale). End of our services.
