Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Strasbourg (Embarkation) - Rhinau
Shipment to 15h to Strasbourg (river station, rue du Havre). Welcome and check into the cabins. Welcome drink Alsatian colors. Presentation of the crew, during this cruise, meet the brigade leaders of our boats, led by Alain Bohn. Departure of the cruise. We will leave Strasbourg by the lock South go up the Rhine towards Basel and spend two large locks Neuhof and Gerstheim to stop in Rhinau . The party can begin!

Carpaccio of marinated salmon
Pressed sweetbreads, caramelized red onion compote, glazed vegetables balsamic vinegar

Blown rack of lamb with parsley, slice of Mediterranean vegetables, coriander jus
Munster Munster farmer stuffed with a refined, blueberry jam

After dinner, you will be offered a dance. Overnight layover in Rhinau.
Day 2: Rhinau - Old Brisach
Breakfast buffet. Departure of the cruise. We go up the Rhine in the direction of Breisach. After lunch, we will offer you an optional excursion: wine route, visiting a wine cellar where you can enjoy an excellent vintage, notable for its quality. Back on board for 18h. At the end of day when the time sitting down to eat is as expected, we are pleased to present one of the biggest stars of French cuisine: Marc Haeberlin of the Auberge de l'Ill in Illhaeusern . Master of gastronomy, you have a surprise dinner in his own way. After this great dinner, we will offer to join the show and finish your evening on the dance floor. The boat leaves the dock around 19h and sail towards Marckolsheim. Overnight stopover
Day 3: Marckolsheim - Strasbourg
Breakfast buffet. Good food is always accompanied by good wines and to do this, we will have the privilege of hosting another world famous personalities by wine lovers: Serge Dubs, world's best sommelier in 1989. You comment and you will taste different wines (you can find it every day at the Auberge de l'Ill in Illhaeusern). The boat will leave in the morning Marckolsheim towards Strasbourg. Finally, to continue on a festive air, is the last night during the gala evening.

Day 4: Strasbourg (Disembarkation)
Disembark after breakfast buffet at Strasbourg (river station, rue du Havre). End of our services.
