Rendezvous in the early morning in Strasbourg, river mooring (3 bis rue du Havre). Departure by coach for Amsterdam. Arrival in Amsterdam around noon. Lunch in a restaurant. At 14h, tour of the city by coach. Boarding at 18h, settling into your cabin. Welcome cocktail and presentation of the crew. Dinner on board. Optional excursion by river boat in Amsterdam. |
| 2nd Day: AMSTERDAM – GRONINGEN |
Breakfast on board. At 9h, departure for the optional excursion to Volendam and the Zaanse Schans. Back to the boat for lunch. In the afternoon, optional excursion to Madurodam. Dinner on board. Free evening in Amsterdam or optional trip to the city centre for a stroll around the Red Light District. At around 23h, departure of the boat for Groningen. |
| 3rd Day: GRONINGEN – PAPENBURG |
Breakfast and lunch during the cruise. Arrival in Groningen around 16h. Free tour of the main city in the northern region of the Netherlands, an important communication hub and stopover en route to Scandinavia. Back on board and dinner. Departure of the boat during the night for Papenburg. |
| 4th Day: PAPENBURG – OLDENBURG |
Breakfast on board. Arrival in Papenburg early in the morning. Optional tour of the naval shipyard of Meyer Werft. Back on board for lunch and departure of the boat for Oldenburg. Dinner on board. Arrival of the boat during the night. |
| 5th Day: OLDENBURG – BREMEN |
After breakfast, free time for a brief stroll around Oldenburg. At around 10h, departure of the boat for Bremen, which we will reach at the beginning of the afternoon. Lunch on board followed by the optional tour. Back on board and dinner. Free evening in the city. Overnight stopover. |
| 6th Day: BREMEN – NIENBURG – STOLZENAU – MINDEN |
Departure of the boat in the early morning for Nienburg. Breakfast and lunch on board. Arrival around 14h30. Optional transfer by coach to Nienburg. Free tour of the “red town” which, among other things, has a magnificent Town Hall from the Weser Renaissance. During this time, the boat will sail to Stolzenau where we will rejoin it at the end of the afternoon. Continuation in the direction of Minden which we will reach around 23h. Dinner on board. Overnight stopover. |
| 7th Day: MINDEN – HANOVER – ANDERTEN – BRAUNSCHWEIG |
Departure of the boat early in the morning for Hanover. Scheduled arrival around 12h. Lunch on board followed by departure by coach for the optional tour of the city of Hanover. During this time, the boat will sail to Anderten where we will rejoin it at the end of the afternoon. Continuation in the direction of Braunschweig. Arrival late in the evening. Dinner and gala evening on board. Overnight stopover. |
| 8th Day: BRAUNSCHWEIG – BULSTRINGEN – MAGDEBURG |
Departure of the boat in the early morning for Bulstringen. Breakfast and lunch on board. Morning's sailing. Arrival in Bulstringen around 13h and departure by coach for the optional tour of Magdeburg, a town situated on the middle course of the Elbe and the “Romanesque Trail”. During this time, the boat will continue its course for Magdeburg where we will rejoin it for dinner. Free evening in the town. Overnight stopover. |
| 9th Day: MAGDEBURG – KIRCHMOSER – POTSDAM |
Departure of the boat in the early morning for Kirchmoser. Breakfast and lunch on board. At the beginning of the afternoon, departure by coach for the optional excursion to Potsdam and the gardens of the Sanssoucis Palace. During this time, the boat will continue its course for Potsdam where we will rejoin it for dinner. Overnight stopover. |
| 10th Day: POTSDAM – BERLIN |
Departure of the boat early in the morning for Berlin Spandau which we will reach at the end of the morning. Lunch on board followed by the optional excursion to the city which was long divided, illustrating the division of the world into two blocks. Back on board for dinner followed by the optional tour of Berlin by night. Overnight stopover. |
| 11th Day: BERLIN |
Breakfast on board followed by departure for an optional visit to Charlottenburg Castle. Back to the boat for lunch. Free afternoon in Berlin. Dinner on board. Free evening. |
| 12th Day: BERLIN – NUREMBERG |
Disembarkation after breakfast. Departure by coach for Leipzig. Tour of the city. Discover the Church of Saint Thomas and the former stock exchange, among other things. Lunch on the way. Continuation in the direction of Nuremberg where we will arrive at the beginning of the evening. Move into a hotel in Nuremberg or the surrounding area. Dinner and accommodation. |
| 13th Day: NUREMBERG – STRASBOURG |
Departure after breakfast. Tour of Nuremberg: an ancient city of bronze foundries and goldbeaters, it is now one of the main industrial centres in southern Germany. It is loved for its monuments, such as Dürer's house, the Church of Sebald and the beautiful fountain. Back to Strasbourg. You are free to take lunch on the way. End of our journey.
